Tumbler lid replacement: who sells the lid, the gasket and the straw, and how to match the size
The tumbler lasts; the lid does not. The whole buy-once question for drinkware is whether the maker sells the lid five years from now. Here is who does, what they sell, and the two ways to get the wrong one.

Matching the lid
Tumbler lids are size-specific and, within a brand, line-specific. Stanley's 40 oz FlowState lid does not fit its 30 oz, and the ProTour flip-straw lid is a different lid from the FlowState even at the same size. YETI's MagSlider for the 20 and 30 oz Ramblers is one part; the 26 oz bottle takes caps, not lids. Klean Kanteen's TKWide caps fit every TKWide bottle regardless of size, which is the design that makes its gasket kit possible. The rule: buy the lid from the maker's own accessories page, filtered by the exact model and size printed on the bottom of your tumbler, and treat “fits 40 oz” on a third-party listing as a guess.
Gaskets and straws
The gasket is the part that actually fails, and only Klean Kanteen sells it on its own as a kit on the pages we read (“two o-ring gaskets for use on any of our TKWide Caps”). Stanley's ProTour lid has a “replaceable seal,” which is the same idea built into the lid. Everyone else replaces the gasket by replacing the lid or cap, which is $10–$20 instead of $3 and is still a fraction of a new tumbler. Straws: Stanley and Simple Modern sell them and ship spares; YETI sells them; RTIC ships two and sells none. Third-party lids
Copies of the FlowState and MagSlider are everywhere. Two cautions. YETI's warranty “does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications, repairs, or replacement parts,” and a Rambler is a five-year product, so a genuine lid protects the term. Stanley's term excludes lids anyway, so a third-party FlowState lid costs you nothing on paper; what it may cost is the seal, which is the reason you are replacing the lid.
